1st Choice Home Health offers professional services designed to accommodate the needs of each client according to the plan of care under the patients primary care physician. 1st Choice Home Health uses well-trained and qualified personnel in compliance with all state, federal, and local rules, regulations, and laws for all of the services we provide.
We are committed to working with our clients and their families as a team, to best meet all of their medical and treatment needs. We believe the best place to receive treatment and recover is in the comfort of your own home.
With our clients help and the help of their family members, our staff will develop a plan of treatment to encourage healing, reduce stress and increase safety awareness with your home. We recommend and encourage communication regarding all the series we provide. We welcome your questions and our staff will always make every effort to answer them promptly.
